Pricing

Our work is billed at an hourly rate, but we work within your approved estimate or budget. During your free initial consultation, we agree on how to manage the financial aspects of your project:

• You can present us with a budget, and we'll work with you to decide how that budget can be utilized most effectively.
• We can provide an estimate, based on the time that will likely be required to conduct your study.
• We can work in blocks of time, giving you results after each time block, enabling you to make budget decisions incrementally.
• You can select from a pre-designed corporate package with built-in pricing

Although cost estimates are provided free of charge, detailed proposals are billed at a nominal fee. The fee will depend on the amount of information you require in your proposal.

Rates: Hourly rates for our customized research services range from $150 to $200 per hour, depending upon your request. For example, for research requiring foreign language skills and calls overseas during periods other than our normal business hours, the rate will be at the higher end of that range.

Retainer Benefits: Although we do not require retainers, clients opting for retainer arrangements receive substantial benefits, including discounts on rates and assured scheduling of quick turn-around requests. And because you budget in advance for a retainer, you avoid costly delays waiting for your company's approval.
